I need changes on my website. Who do I contact for support?
Email us at [email protected] for support. If your request is urgent, include EMERGENCY in the subject line. We prioritize these requests especially for inclement weather, power outages, or true emergency situations.
Will my payment methods remain the same?
Yes, your existing payment methods will remain unchanged. You can continue to use the same payment options for your invoices. If you are on auto-pay, you will need to set that up again. We accept credit card and direct bank transfers (provided by stripe)- both of which are easy and secure to set up via your invoice.
Why is the billing company name changing?
The billing company name is changing due to our rebranding efforts. Rest assured, this change will not impact the services you receive or the billing process.
Will my pricing change with the new company name and package names?
No, your pricing will remain the same for the time being. The only changes being made are to the names of the packages and the billing company name.
Do I need to take any action as a result of these changes?
No action is required on your part unless you are on auto-pay. All other changes will be implemented seamlessly, and you will continue to receive the same level of service. If you are on auto-pay, you will need to set that up again. We accept credit card and direct bank transfers (provided by Stripe)- both of which are easy and secure to set up via your invoice.
My invoice looks different - why are the package names changing?
The package names are being updated to better reflect the services included and align with our new branding.
How will I be notified of these changes?
These changes will take effect April 8th, 2024. We will keep you informed via email about the upcoming changes and provide any necessary updates regarding the transition.
